Toothpaste:
Clean your teeth two to three times a day for about 2-3 minutes. For optimal cleaning, place the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to the gums. Then move the bristles in circular motions over the outside and inside surfaces of your teeth. Brush the released plaque with gentle wiping movements towards the chewing surface and then rinse your mouth thoroughly. Important note: Please note that the toothpaste should not be swallowed!
Mouthwash:
After brushing or eating, simply rinse your teeth with our MINT mouthwash. Fill the inner cap of the MINT mouthwash and tip it into the large cap. This means there is no contamination of the contents. Then rinse vigorously for 2 minutes.

Use the toothpaste with fluoride in the morning, because fluoride can contribute to remineralization and act as a kind of protective shield on the tooth. This provides the teeth with valuable protection against the development of tooth decay during the day.
Use the toothpaste without fluoride in the evening to strengthen your teeth overnight with the hydroxyapatite it contains. Tooth enamel is the outer layer of our teeth and consists of 95% hydroxyapatite. It is responsible for the resistance of our teeth.
