MINT is an internationally growing premium dental beauty brand at the intersection of dental care and beauty.

For our next growth phase, we are looking for an experienced, structured, and hands-on professional to take responsibility for our production and supply chain – from coordinating existing products and implementing new product launches to collaborating with our national and international contract manufacturers.

Your tasks:

• Planning, managing, and monitoring our ongoing production, production volumes, and delivery deadlines
• Coordinating and further developing existing contract manufacturers and production partners
• Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suitable contract manufacturers and suppliers
• Supporting new products from development through samples, approvals, and packaging to mass production
• Coordinating packaging, product markings, labeling, and mandatory information
• Supporting product registrations and filings as well as the necessary regulatory documentation
• Liaising with QA, product development, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
• Managing inventory, production planning, and delivery capability, as well as identifying potential bottlenecks early on
• Ensuring and tracking production, development, and launch timelines

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in production and/or supply chain within a product-oriented company
• Ideally experience in beauty, cosmetics, oral care, personal care, FMCG, consumer health, or a comparable regulated product environment
• Proven experience in working with contract manufacturers
• Experience in implementing new products as well as managing existing production
• Knowledge of product compliance, product marking, labeling, and regulatory product documentation
• Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and ideally ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple production lines and projects in parallel
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a strong hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English language skills
