    1. Shipping Costs

    Standard shipping within Germany is free from an order value of €35. Your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Public holidays affect the delivery time of your order and result in delivery being postponed by two working days following the holiday.

    The goods are shipped via DHL.

    2. Terms of Delivery

    The products ordered by the customer will be delivered to the address specified by the customer in the order form. The customer is required to provide the exact address of his permanent residence or DHL Packstation when placing an order.

    We process your orders from Monday to Friday in the order in which they arrive.

    4. Delivery Status

    You can see the status of your order in the tracking. There you can also change make the delivery

    5.Change of Order

    If you wish to change an order that you have already placed, please send an email to with the subject "My order". In order to process your request, we also need your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.


    You can return items within 14 days of receipt (provided the products have not been opened and/or used and are in their original packaging). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not comply with the following guidelines

    These include items:

    • whose seal has been broken/opened
    • that were used
    • whose labels have been altered, overwritten or pasted over
    • that have been filled
    • which are part of a promotion for which a certain purchase value had to be achieved


    Wire transfer refunds can take up to 7 business days depending on bank processing times. This period may vary depending on the bank or card issuer; Unfortunately, we cannot influence this process.

    Payment refunds via PayPal, Sofort and Klarna are available immediately.

    What payment methods are available to me?

    You can choose from the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Klarna invoice, Sofortüberweisung, iDeal, eps transfer & Bancontact.

    Is shipping free?

    Shipping is free for all orders over €35. A shipping fee of €4.99 applies to orders with a total value of less than €35.

    How can I return an item from my order?

    Please contact our customer service at and provide the following information: order number, the item to be returned, reason for return. You will then receive a free return label by email. Please print this out and stick it on the original package. You can drop off the package at your nearest DHL post office. The return period is 14 days from delivery.

    How do I rate a product?

    Please select the product you would like to rate under the "All products" tab. Then click on the button "Reviews" and "Write a review". You can now enter all the relevant data for the rating along with the star rating and rate the product by clicking on the "Submit rating" button.

    Is it possible to add my discount code later?

    Of course, we can subsequently enter your personal discount code when you place your order. Please contact our customer service at and state your order number.

    I accidentally selected the wrong product during the ordering process

    Of course, we can subsequently adjust your order to replace the wrong item with another item. To do this, please contact our customer service at and state your order number and the product that is to be exchanged or removed.
