Our tip:

Clean your teeth two to three times a day for about two minutes. To keep your mouth clean, apply the toothbrush at a slight angle to the gums - preferably at an angle of about 45 degrees. Then you move the bristles with small shaking movements over the outer and inner surfaces of your teeth. Brush the released coating with gentle wiping movements in the direction of the chewing surface and then rinse your mouth thoroughly.

Simply rinse your teeth with our MINT mouthwash after eating and quickly bring your oral flora back into balance. It is particularly important to neutralize the pH after eating. Because food and drinks make it sink quickly. A low pH value, on the other hand, offers a perfect breeding ground for caries bacteria. The little meanies thrive in an acidic environment. In doing so, they form even more acid – precisely when carbohydrates and sugar are metabolized. The resulting waste product is so aggressive that it causes damage to tooth enamel. Caries is then the result. But it doesn't have to get that far! Rinse your mouth and throat with half a cap for 2 minutes.
