Fluoride toothpaste
Clean your teeth two to three times a day for about 2–3 minutes. For optimal cleaning, position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. Then, move the bristles in circular motions over the outer and inner surfaces of your teeth. Brush the loosened plaque away with gentle sweeping motions towards the chewing surface and rinse your mouth thoroughly afterwards. Important note: Please note that the toothpaste should not be swallowed!
Dr. Mintcheva recommends using MINT toothpaste with fluoride in the morning to provide your teeth with valuable protection throughout the day.

Fluoride-free toothpaste

MINTFloss dental floss
Daily use of dental floss is an important part of oral hygiene, as it removes plaque and food debris where a toothbrush cannot reach: in the tight spaces between teeth.
1. Prepare the floss: Tear off about 50 cm of floss and wrap the ends loosely around the middle fingers of both hands. There should be a taut section of about 2–3 cm between your fingers.
2. Insert gently: Carefully guide the floss between two teeth and avoid jerky movements to prevent injuring the gums.
3. Clean the tooth surface: Wrap the floss around the tooth in a C-shape and move it up and down with light pressure – first on one side, then on the opposite tooth surface.
4. Unroll a fresh section of floss for each tooth to avoid transferring bacteria.
5. The back teeth also need care – take your time to clean them thoroughly as well.
Tip: Best used in the evening before brushing your teeth, so that the toothpaste can subsequently penetrate into the cleaned gaps.

Mouthwash
Simply rinse your teeth with our MINT mouthwash after brushing or eating. Fill the inner cap of the MINT mouthwash and pour it into the large cap. This prevents contamination of the contents. Then, rinse vigorously for 2 minutes.

Clean toothbrush
Brush your teeth twice a day for at least two minutes using gentle, circular motions and without applying firm pressure. Position the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. We recommend changing your toothbrush at least every three months.
