Sensitive toothpaste
Clean your teeth two to three times a day for about 2–3 minutes. For optimal cleaning, place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. Then, move the bristles in circular motions over the outer and inner surfaces of your teeth. Gently sweep away the loosened plaque toward the chewing surface and then rinse your mouth thoroughly. Important note: Please ensure that the toothpaste is not swallowed!

Sensitive tooth gel
After brushing, apply a small amount of the gel using the fine tip directly onto sensitive teeth, exposed tooth necks, or the gum line. Leave on for a short time; do not rinse. Ideal for daily use.

MINTFloss dental floss
Daily use of dental floss is an important part of oral hygiene, as it removes plaque and food debris from where the toothbrush cannot reach: in the tight spaces between teeth.
1. Prepare the floss: Tear off approximately 50 cm of floss and wrap the ends loosely around the middle fingers of both hands. There should be a taut, 2–3 cm section of floss between your fingers.
2. Insert gently: Carefully guide the floss between two teeth, avoiding jerky movements to prevent injuring the gums.
3. Clean the tooth surface: Wrap the floss in a C-shape around the tooth and move it up and down with light pressure—first on one side, then on the opposite tooth surface.
4. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth to avoid transferring bacteria.
5. Even the back teeth need care—take the time to clean those areas thoroughly as well.
Tip: It is best to use it in the evening before brushing your teeth, as this allows the toothpaste to penetrate the cleaned interdental spaces afterwards.
