Gums are a mucous membrane and are stressed every day by food, drinks, and stimulants. They therefore require different care than the teeth themselves. The Healthy Gums Routine Set by dentist Dr. Mariana Mintcheva combines three products that address exactly this: the Paro+ Intense Repair toothpaste as intensive care, the Clean toothbrush for gentle cleaning along the gum line, and the gum gel with vitamin E as a nourishing finish.

Included in the set:

MINT Gum Gel with Vitamin E (75 ml): high-quality care gel with vitamin E, vitamin B12, peppermint oil, and extracts of cucumber and lemon. The gel consistency adheres comfortably to the gums and can be applied over the entire surface or locally.
MINT Paro+ Intense Repair Toothpaste (85 ml): intensive care for sensitive and stressed gums with biomimetic cell protection technology. Hero active ingredients are ectoin and zinc, along with hydroxyapatite, panthenol, allantoin, chamomile, and vitamin B12. Fluoride-free.
Clean Toothbrush Twin Pack (2 pieces): cleans inner, outer, and chewing surfaces in one motion. The longer outer bristles gently clean the sensitive transition between tooth and gum. Also suitable for braces, bridges, and implants.

WHAT YOUR ROUTINE LOOKS LIKE

Step 1, Brush: Brush twice daily with the Clean toothbrush and the Paro+ Intense Repair toothpaste, gently and without firm pressure.
Step 2, Care: After brushing, gently massage a small amount of gum gel into the gums with your finger or the toothbrush. Spit out any excess, do not rinse.
Tip: Paro+ Intense Repair is developed as a 3-month intensive treatment. Afterward, you can continue with the classic MINT Paro+ toothpaste for daily maintenance.

APPLICATION NOTICE

Gum gel with vitamin E
After brushing your teeth, gently massage a small amount into the gums with your finger, an interdental brush or your toothbrush. If necessary, spit out any remaining gel afterwards, but do not rinse.

Paro+ Intense Repair toothpaste
Use twice daily instead of regular toothpaste. For intensive gum care, we recommend using it for 3 months. Afterwards, the classic MINT Paro+ toothpaste can be used again for daily maintenance.

Clean toothbrush (twin pack)
Use the MINT Clean toothbrush as usual. Guide the angled bristles over the tooth surfaces and brush with gentle pressure. We recommend replacing the toothbrush at least every three months.
