APPLICATION NOTICE

Fluoride toothpaste
Clean your teeth two to three times a day for about 2–3 minutes. For optimal cleaning, position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. Then, move the bristles in circular motions over the outer and inner surfaces of your teeth. Brush the loosened plaque away using gentle sweeping motions toward the chewing surface, and rinse your mouth thoroughly afterwards. Important note: Please be aware that the toothpaste should not be swallowed!
Dr. Mintcheva recommends using MINT toothpaste with fluoride in the morning to provide your teeth with valuable protection throughout the day.
