Fluoride toothpaste
Clean your teeth two to three times a day for about 2–3 minutes. For optimal cleaning, position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. Then, move the bristles in circular motions over the outer and inner surfaces of your teeth. Brush the loosened plaque away toward the chewing surface with gentle sweeping motions and rinse your mouth thoroughly afterwards. Important note: Please note that the toothpaste should not be swallowed!

MINTFloss dental floss
Daily use of dental floss is an important part of oral hygiene, as it removes plaque and food debris from places a toothbrush cannot reach: in the tight spaces between teeth.
1. Prepare the floss: Tear off about 50 cm of floss and loosely wrap the ends around the middle fingers of both hands. There should be a taut section of about 2–3 cm between your fingers.
2. Insert gently: Carefully guide the floss between two teeth, avoiding jerky movements to prevent injuring the gums.
3. Clean the tooth surface: Wrap the floss around the tooth in a C-shape and move it up and down with light pressure – first on one tooth surface, then on the opposite one.
4. Unroll a fresh section of floss for each tooth to avoid transferring bacteria.
5. The back teeth also need care – take your time to clean them thoroughly as well.
Tip: It is best to use it in the evening before brushing your teeth, as this allows the toothpaste to penetrate the cleaned spaces afterwards.
