Paro+ Toothpaste
Clean your teeth two to three times daily for about 2–3 minutes. For optimal cleaning, position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. Then, move the bristles in circular motions over the outer and inner surfaces of your teeth. Gently sweep the loosened plaque toward the chewing surface and then rinse your mouth thoroughly. Important note: Please note that the toothpaste should not be swallowed!

Hyaluron Gum Serum
After brushing your teeth, gently massage a small amount into the gums using your finger, an interdental brush, or your toothbrush. Spit out any excess if necessary, but do not rinse.

Paro+ Dental Floss
Daily use of dental floss is an important part of oral hygiene, as it removes plaque and food debris from where a toothbrush cannot reach: in the tight spaces between teeth.
1. Prepare the floss: Tear off about 50 cm of dental floss and loosely wrap the ends around the middle fingers of both hands. A tightly stretched section of about 2–3 cm should remain between your fingers.
2. Insert gently: Carefully guide the floss between two teeth, avoiding jerky movements to prevent injuring the gums.
3. Clean the tooth surface: Wrap the floss around the tooth in a C-shape and move it up and down with light pressure – first on one side, then on the opposite tooth surface.
4. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth to avoid transferring bacteria.
5. The back teeth also require care – take your time to clean thoroughly there as well.
Tip: It is best to use it in the evening before brushing your teeth, as this allows the toothpaste to penetrate the cleaned interdental spaces afterwards.
