Paro+ Toothpaste
Clean your teeth two to three times a day for about 2–3 minutes. For optimal cleaning, position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. Then move the bristles in circular motions over the outer and inner surfaces of your teeth. Brush the loosened plaque away with gentle sweeping motions towards the chewing surface and then rinse your mouth thoroughly. Important note: Please be aware that the toothpaste should not be swallowed!

Hyaluron Gum Serum
After brushing your teeth, gently massage a small amount into the gums using your finger, an interdental brush, or your toothbrush. Spit out any excess if necessary, but do not rinse.

Paro+ Dental Floss
Daily use of dental floss is an important part of oral hygiene because it removes plaque and food debris from where the toothbrush cannot reach: in the tight spaces between teeth.
1. Prepare the floss: Tear off about 50 cm of dental floss and wrap the ends loosely around the middle fingers of both hands. There should be a taut section of about 2–3 cm between your fingers.
2. Insert gently: Carefully guide the floss between two teeth, avoiding jerky movements to prevent injuring the gums.
3. Clean the tooth surface: Wrap the floss in a C-shape around the tooth and move it up and down with light pressure – first on one side, then on the opposite tooth surface.
4. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth to avoid transferring bacteria.
5. The rearmost teeth also need care – take the time to clean them thoroughly as well.
Tip: It is best to use it in the evening before brushing your teeth, as this allows the toothpaste to penetrate the newly cleaned interdental spaces afterwards.

Paro+ Mouthwash
Simply rinse your teeth with our MINT mouthwash after brushing or eating. Fill the inner cap of the MINT mouthwash and pour it into the large cap. This prevents contamination of the contents. Then rinse vigorously for 2 minutes.
